Our 15-Day Quality Promise

At READY, we pour our heart into every stitch and detail. Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things just don’t fit quite right or look the way you expected.

If you aren't 100% happy with your order, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

1. The 15-Day Window

You have 15 days from the day your package arrives to decide if it’s a perfect match. If you need to send something back for a return or an exchange, just let us know within this timeframe.

2. How to Make a Return or Exchange

To keep things fresh and fair for all our customers, we just ask that your items meet these simple steps:

  • Condition: Please keep the item unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Tags: Ensure all the original READY tags and labels are still attached.

  • Packaging: Please send it back in its original packaging.

3. Starting Your Request

Starting a return is as easy as sending a message. Simply reach out to our friendly care team with your Order Number:

4. Shipping & Costs

  • Returning to us: You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to our studio. We recommend using a service with tracking so we can make sure it arrives safely!

  • Our Gift to You: If you are exchanging for a different size or another product, READY will pay the shipping cost to send the new item back to you. Consider it a thank you for staying with us!

  • Sale Items: If you bought something during a special sale, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, though these items are not eligible for a full refund.

5. If Something is Wrong (Damaged Items)

While we check every order carefully, mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are so sorry! Please tell us immediately. In these rare cases, we will cover all shipping costs and get the right item to you as fast as possible.

6. Receiving Your Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (your choice!) within 7 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
