Shipping policy

At READY, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our products across Pakistan.

1. Processing Your Order

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves The Ready Studio, the estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Please note: While we aim for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to weather or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

We like to keep our shipping simple and affordable:

Orders under PKR 4,000 (COD): A flat shipping fee of PKR 190 applies.
Orders of PKR 4,000 or more: Enjoy FREE shipping on your entire order.
All Prepaid Orders: As a special thank you for paying online, we offer FREE shipping on every prepaid order, no matter the total amount!

4. Payment Options

We offer two easy ways to pay:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier in cash when your package arrives.
Prepaid (Online Payment): Pay via bank transfer or mobile wallet to enjoy automatic free shipping.

5. Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an SMS or Email with a unique tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to see exactly where your package is.

6. Correct Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming your order. READY cannot be responsible for non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect.
