Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes:

  • 3 to 4 business days for major cities.

  • 4 to 7 business days for other cities and remote areas.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 15-day easy return and exchange policy. The 15-day period starts on the day you receive your order.

Q: What are the conditions for a return?
A: To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In the same condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Just contact our customer care team within the 15-day window with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
A: You are responsible for the shipping cost to send an item back to us.

Q: What about shipping for an exchange?
A: You pay to ship the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new, exchanged item back to you.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Please contact us immediately! In this case, READY will cover all shipping costs for returning the faulty item and sending you the correct replacement.
